Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thefilterspot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Returns are sent back by mail at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
